## What is Intakall AI?

Intakall AI is a meeting intelligence tool built for software teams that use GitHub and Linear. It runs as a Chrome extension alongside Google Meet. While you talk, it transcribes the conversation, surfaces context cards for the PRs, issues, and tickets being discussed, and lets anyone create a Linear ticket by voice without leaving the call.

Unlike AI notetakers that only record what was said, Intakall pulls your engineering context INTO the meeting while it is happening.

## Key Features

- **Live context cards**: As topics come up, Intakall surfaces the relevant GitHub pull requests, issues, and Linear tickets in a sidebar next to your Meet call
- **Voice ticket creation**: Say "Intakall, raise a ticket for the flaky deploy" and a grounded Linear ticket draft appears for one-click confirmation, with the relevant transcript snippet and affected files attached
- **Live transcription**: Whole-room capture with speaker attribution, streamed in real time
- **Post-meeting summary**: AI summary and action items generated when the meeting ends, available in the team dashboard
- **Team workspace**: Meeting history, transcripts, and summaries shared with your team, with per-meeting delete
- **No bot in the call**: Capture happens through the extension of a participant who starts recording. Nothing joins your meeting, and the person recording confirms they have told the room

## How It Works

1. Install the Chrome extension and sign in with Google
2. Connect GitHub and Linear from the dashboard
3. Join a Google Meet call and start recording from the sidebar after telling the room
4. Context cards appear as you talk; say "Intakall, raise a ticket..." to draft tickets by voice
5. The summary and full transcript land in your dashboard when the meeting ends

## Privacy and Security

- No bot joins the meeting and no meeting is recorded without a participant explicitly starting it
- Meeting analysis is visible only to members of your team workspace; other meeting participants never see your cards, transcripts, or drafts
- Recordings can be permanently deleted from the dashboard at any time
- Operated by INTAKALL LTD, a UK company. UK GDPR applies

Live on the Chrome Web Store. A Google Meet add-on for Workspace teams is in development, which will let meeting participants see live cards with nothing installed.
